Last night the last faux debate took place between Joke Hiden and President Trump. The onslaught against our President, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year has been painful to watch -- but watch I have.
Watch and pray. Watch and pray.
As I walk through sorrow, anger, grief, pain and countless other emotions everyday over what President Trump is being bombarded with -- for us and our country -- I cannot begin to imagine what he is going through. But Donald Trump is a fighter, and President Trump is a yuge fighter.
This morning I was looking out at all the birds around our feeders when a deer walked up and scared most those birds away. But one little bird stood firm, with its feathers all poofed out, and he did not move.
The huge animal standing next to him would move, but the bird just looked its way as if to say, 'What?' and did not flinch.
Other little birdies would cautiously flitter around, but none stopped and none got close to the single stationary figher who stood alone next to a giant.
Looking upon the scene I told my husband, that's a Trump Bird! He is unafraid of what others fear, he stands his ground, the big guy isn't going to push him around, and, he's here for the long haul. Get used to him.
